SPARCC Auxiliary

It takes an entire community to make a difference.

What is the SPARCC Auxiliary?

The SPARCC Auxiliary serves as an ambassador for SPARCC and its mission to provide a safe haven and promote empowerment, awareness, and social change to end domestic and sexual violence. Formed in 1983, this group of amazing volunteers shares their talent and treasure to help SPARCC raise awareness about domestic and sexual violence, and plan for various fundraising events.

There are many ways to get involved. You can plan to attend our monthly coffees, where you can meet fellow Auxiliary members and learn about the many programs and services we offer to survivors and their children.  You can plan to volunteer at one of our events and enjoy the camaraderie of working with other Auxiliary members and the satisfaction of knowing that you are making a difference in someone’s life. Or you can take this opportunity to talk to friends, colleagues and family members who share your support for SPARCC and encourage them to join us.

If you have or are looking to gain experience in event planning and fundraising, enjoy cultivating new friends, or desire to give back to our community, this is the group for you. The SPARCC Auxiliary membership exceeds 350 people, but we still need you! Membership is $35 per year for a single membership and $50 for a family membership. There is no minimum requirement for participation to be a member. Join us for this fun and rewarding work. You are a valuable asset in creating a positive change in our communities and in saving lives.
